The Journey

 

Born on May 9, 1987, in Lowell, Massachusetts, Miguel Gonzalez discovered his love for storytelling early in life, spending his childhood bringing characters to life alongside his siblings. What began as imaginative play gradually evolved into a serious artistic calling, and by age 16, Miguel knew his passion for performance was something he had to pursue professionally.

Determined to break into the industry however he could, Miguel joined the Lowell Telecommunications Corporation (LTC). While the community center didn't offer traditional acting classes at the time, Miguel understood that mastering the broader world of media production was essential. He dove headfirst into film editing and field production, gaining a behind-the-lens perspective that only deepened his appreciation for on-screen performance.

Building the Craft

Armed with hands-on production knowledge, Miguel relocated to Chicago to formally study the craft of acting and build his professional resume. Working across independent short films and feature projects, his dedication quickly paid off as he secured a milestone television debut with a Co-Star role on NBC's Chicago Fire.

Ready for his next chapter, Miguel made the move to New York City. Thriving in the city's vibrant artistic ecosystem, he continued building momentum, landing another high-profile Co-Star role on NBC's hit series The Blacklist. Today, Miguel brings that same lifelong dedication, versatility, and heart to every project he takes on.
